From Raw Material to Field-Ready Bag

How we manufacture NPKS Plus

Every bag is produced at our facility in Kabul's Industrial Parks, following a controlled process designed to keep nutrient levels consistent from batch to batch.

Production Steps

Six steps, one consistent standard

1. Raw material sourcing

Nitrogen, phosphate, potash and sulphur inputs are sourced and checked against our specification before they enter production.

2. Precise blending & formulation

Raw materials are measured and blended to the balanced NPKS Plus ratio — 10% N, 10% P₂O₅, 10% K₂O, 10% S plus complex.

3. Granulation

The blended formula is processed into uniform granules for even spreading and consistent nutrient release in the field.

4. Quality testing

Samples from every batch are tested to confirm nutrient content matches the label before anything is packaged.

5. Packaging

Approved batches are sealed into 50 kg bags, labeled and dated for traceability.

6. Distribution

Finished stock ships out to dealers and farmers across Afghanistan, ready to apply.

Why This Matters

A controlled production process is what keeps every bag of NPKS Plus performing the same way in the field — so the results you get this season are the results you can expect next season too.

Facility

Made in Kabul, for Afghan fields

Our production facility sits in the 9th District Industrial Parks, keeping the supply chain short — from our mixing floor to your nearest dealer.

Local Facility

Production and packaging both happen on-site in Kabul, reducing transport time to market.

Batch Testing

Every batch is sampled and checked before it's approved for packaging and sale.

Consistent Batches

The same controlled process runs on every batch, so bag-to-bag performance stays consistent.
